Flow + Let Go is designed to offer the balancing effects of a flow (active) yoga and a yin (passive) yoga. Beginning with a vinyasa style yoga flow focusing on quicker movements, standing and balancing postures to heat the body up and increase strength for the first half. Then transitioning into yin for the second half, focusing on long, deep restorative stretches to let go of any stress in the body and create a calm, centered mind.
