STAX Flow is an invigorating class that integrates breath with movement to build strength, stability and flexibility. Sequencing for this class can include sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, and more challenging postures to get your heart rate up + sweat it out. Each class is original and curated for the energy in the room, unique to each individual teacher's flow style. Come prepared to explore + move and leave feeling refreshed.
