Vinyasa alighnment Principals Level 2-3.
You will be challenged to engage your muscles and work toward optimal alignment using the entire body from your temples to your toes. Class will focus on buiding stegnth, creating stability and using flexibility to experience a safer stretch. A variety of smart sequences, postures and variations wil be explored. Recommended for students that have attended at least 5 yoga classes. (class is heated to 85 degrees)
