This 60 minute calming class is designed specifically for you to slow down and refresh after a busy day. The first 35 - 40 min of the class focuses on soft movements coupled with stretches to release any tensions from the day. The class then shifts focus to BEING instead of doing for the last 20 minutes. You will use props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation allowing you to be open to RECEIVE. This class will unwind your mind and body and prepare you for a restful sleep. Dress as you wish, in warm jogging pants and other comfy layered clothes. All levels.
