One breath, one movement: this vinyasa class will focus on
alignment and dropping into an intense, fast-paced physical
meditation. The vinyasa flow class consists of a brief warm-up with
breath work and two or three guided flows with additional asanas at
each cycle – all to upbeat, energetic music. This practice will
focus on individual strengths in poses and flows, while emphasizing
transitions – the space between poses – for stability and
development. This is a heated practice to 95
degrees.
