Pilates focuses on realigning the body using functional movement. This class is designed using progressive exercises (skills that you can build on) to help activate your muscles, develop your body awareness, and improve your posture in a safe and functional way.

Required props for this class (must have):
- A mat
- You can also bring light ankle weights or light dumbbells if you would like to use them in your practice.
If you do not have any of the required props listed, you can rent them from the studio for $1/prop/class.We also have a monthly prop rental program. For $10 you can access as many props as you need all month.
We DO NOT rent blankets or towels, so if these are required, please be sure to bring your own.
