Aerial Yoga Level One is a fun way to learn the fundamentals of aerial yoga for those who are new to aerial yoga. We will explore gentle yoga poses with the support of an aerial yoga hammock safely suspended from the ceiling. Practicing aerial yoga helps to develop strength, flexibility, confidence, concentration, and peace of mind. The class will include some restorative aerial yoga positions and ends with an extended deep relaxation while comfortably floating in the hammock while listening to the soothing sounds of singing bowls and chimes.
