The Mid Level Reformer Class requires spinal flexibility, good
abdominal control, wrist and shoulder stability and strength, good
coordination and the ability to follow direction to be able to
handle the addition of intermediate Pilates Reformer
exercises.
You must have taken at 15-20 Level 1 classes within 8 weeks time to be tagged for a Mid Level Reformer Class. This class is not for the newcomer to Pilates or for someone who does not regularly attend Reformer Classes.
