If you have been experiencing a lack of enthusiasm, energy, focus or purpose and wish to feel more inner peace, radiance, and self-love, we will move through various practices from the Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan lineage. This is designed to be a powerful yoga to raise your vibration and boost your energy.
Kundalini Yoga, is called the Yoga of Awareness and the Yoga of Transformation. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.
We use powerful kriyas and meditations combined with breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to challenge and strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, expand the lung capacity, and purify the blood which brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. We will end with a Sound Healing relaxation and a closing prayer.

All levels are welcome, Please bring your yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye pillow, bolsters, your favourite crystals or what ever you may need to be comfortable. Please dress comfortably for this session. Also please also bring water and a journal to record your experience to reflect on your feelings.
