This 60 minute class is designed specifically with your tight hips in mind. A combination of YIN and Yan postures will be used to move, stretch and release tension in the hips, benefiting your back as well. The class is designed to lubricate the hip join and stretch in all 6 directions that the hips naturally move, using a series of asanas combinations, breath work and gentle movement to relieve problem areas. This is an all levels class.
