A Vinyasa practice focuses on linking the movement of the body to the breath and offers a variety of standing and seated postures so that no two classes are ever identical. The variable nature of vinyasa yoga helps to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. As a philosophy, vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter a posture, are there, and then we leave. With guided instruction, alignment cues and carefully curated music, this practice will guide you through a moderately paced series of postures. Options and modifications may be offered.
