Joining a Livestream class is easy! It'll go a little
something like this:
1. Sign up for class as you normally would via Wellness Living
2. Download the Zoom app on your desktop or mobile phone
3. Receive an email from us at booking that will include a link to join class. Please be sure to check all folders, even spam, for this email.
4. Click the link in this email to join.

can also join by logging in to your Wellness Living account.
Strength & Flexibility Yoga will work on traditional yoga
postures to develop strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and
focus. This class aligns with the yogic principles
of Stira / Strength
and Sukha / Ease to create balance in the body,
mind and spirit.. Breathwork and alignment will be
emphasized. Suitable for all levels.
