Join Sarka in a comprehensive 4 week introduction to the powerful practice of Kundalini Yoga. If you are new to Kundalini Yoga and are craving teaching geared toward beginners or if you are regular but you would like to know more about the theory, this is the workshop for you.
Learn the history and the basics of one of the original and ancient branches of Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of postures, breath techniques, mantras, music and meditation which teaches one the art if relaxing, tuning in with your body and breath, self-discovery and self-healing. It nurtures an enhanced awareness of body, mind and spirit.
You will introduces to different kind of breathing, you will learn what are good times for meditation and why, you will learn to power of mantra and the ways to deepen your practice, concentration and relaxation.
There is a lot going on during Kundalini Yoga class, so the more knowledge you get, the quicker you will be able to focus and enjoy each class.
No previous experience necessary. All are welcomed.
