This workshop on yoga and nutrition will be focused on
digestion.
Workshop includes breath work and asana practice ( yoga poses
) that you can take home.
We will discuss three different states of metabolism,
antidotes and digestive aids for common foods and spices that are
beneficial and stimulating to improve digestion. We will practice
breath work and poses in the flow of the class. You will learn yoga
poses to:
- increase fat metabolism,
- release of digestive distresses,
- improve elimination,
- detoxification of the major organs in the body,
I will share with you an Ayurvedic tips and recipes that you
can easily incorporate in your daily diet and routine that will
help to keep your metabolism strong.
This workshop is suitable for everybody. You will need yoga
mat, comfortable clothing, notebook and a pen.
