Pelvic Alignment Core Yoga focuses on strengthening the core
muscles and the pelvic floor, and improving mobility around the
pelvis through simple stretches, core exercises and trigger point
stimulation and release using a massage ball.
Recommended for anyone who suffers from chronic stress,
stiffness, back pain, hip or joint pain, menopause symptoms, and/or
pelvic floor muscle weakness. In addition, focusing on the pelvic
floor muscles effectively improves your core strength and posture,
which will improve your yoga poses in other yoga classes and
overall wellbeing.
No prior yoga experience required.
