A slow hatha/vinyasa yoga class that emphasizes alignment, mindfulness and props. The class is especially welcoming to beginners and anyone coming back to yoga after a hiatus or injuries, however it is great for all levels. Gentle Yoga means aligned, slow and mindful, gentle to the joints, but not necessarily easy. You may actually get more of a workout by holding the poses longer!
