Core strengthening exercises designed to enhance your yoga
practice. Class structure begins with centering, focus is on
movement with breath, heat building drills and basic yoga postures.
Class will end in a 5 minute savasana (final relaxation/corpse
pose).
Required: Bring your own yoga mat please. Also, 2 yoga blocks
and a yoga strap (props are available at the studio but you may of
course bring your own).
