Slow and juicy gentle, yin and restorative yoga with pranayma (breathing) blend to bring you into a calm, meditative state.

WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat and a towel or pillow case if you'd like to use over the bolsters. We have blocks, yoga straps and blankets, but you are welcome to bring your personal ones if you have them.
