Core strengthening exercises designed to enhance your yoga practice. Class structure begins with centering, focus is on movement with breath, heat building drills and basic yoga postures. Class will end in a 5 minute savasana (final relaxation/corpse pose). Two yoga blocks and a yoga strap (or a flexible belt) required.
