A Vinyasa Practice that builds up to a faster paced flow and
more advanced asanas (poses) than our Blissful Flow yoga. We
recommend an established comfort level with the key yoga poses and
their alignment before you move on to this class. Of course you can
modify, and skip poses when needed. Always listen to your body and
honor where you are in this moment! This is a practice of
exploration!
