Gentle stretches, and delicious long-held yin and restorative
poses to unwind you from your day. This class is designed to quiet
the mind and body, and ease you into a peaceful, blissful and
relaxed state of being.
SUGGESTED PROPS:
1. A yoga strap, OR a flexible belt (e.g. bathrobe belt), a men's tie or a scarf;
2. A bolster, OR 2 bed pillows;
3. A set of blocks, OR 2 small pillows, or 2 rolls of paper towels (taped/sealed, so they don't unroll);
4. A yoga blanket OR other heavy/sturdy blanket or large towel;
5. A weighted eye pillow, OR a small towel/washcloth.
With restorative yoga, the more props you have, the cozier and deeper the experience. If you don't have some of these, it's okay too. We will provide alternative ways of doing the pose.
