Yoga means to unify or blend, and in this hour 1/2 - two hour workshop we blend our Asana practice with a Full Moon recharge.
We all move through each month laughing it off when life gets crazy under the full moon energy, but what if we used that energy?

- To manifest our best life
During Full Moon Yoga we will:
- journal in order to better understand our intentions
- we will move through an asana flow to remove energetic and physicals blockages
- and deeply meditate to begin the integration of the practice.
You can expect to move, sweat, chant mantra, dance, journal, howl at the moon, and release through crying. All is welcome in this safe space.
