<p class="p2"><span class="s1">Yoga means to unify or blend, and in this hour 1/2 - two hour workshop we blend our Asana practice with a Full Moon recharge. </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">We all move through each month laughing it off when life gets crazy under the full moon energy, but what if we used that energy? </span></p>

<p class="p2"><span class="s1">- To jump start </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">- To take the first step </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">- To feel more ourselves </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">- To manifest our best life </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">During Full Moon Yoga we will:</span></p>

<li class="li2"><span class="s1">journal in order to better understand our intentions</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">we will move through an asana flow to remove energetic and physicals blockages</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">and deeply meditate to begin the integration of the practice. </span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">You can expect to move, sweat, chant mantra, dance, journal, howl at the moon, and release through crying. All is welcome in this safe space. </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">Bring water, pen, and paper / journal if available. </span></p>
