Spa Yoga is a 75 minute slow flow class with restorative poses. Set in a calming candlelit room filled with delightful aromatherapy and beautiful music in the background, the participants will be offer gentle touch and massage by a licensed massage therapist. We will end with a relaxing 15 minutes guided meditation.
Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a spa!
