Just as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth
and expansion in spring—so does the energy within us. Embrace the
opportunity to shed old unwanted layers and till the earth of your
inner scape for fresh seeds to be planted. Join me in warm sacred
space at Mi Vida Yoga for an extended 90 minute yin yoga practice.
With longer holds (3-5min), this extended yin practice will be
sequenced using wood element yin asanas that honor the gall bladder
and liver organs and meridians. These shapes are aligned with the
season of spring and help to create space for intention setting,
manifesting, and receiving abundance. We will round out the
practice with a deep 30 minute gong bath savasna to integrate the
arrival of spring, the extension of the practice, and the
intentions you set.
