A 60 minute Spicy Yin Flexibility class is a great way to help
improve your overall flexibility, mobility and range of motion.
Specifically for the hips, pelvis and spine. During our practice we
will engage in a deep and peaceful practice using sustained passive
holds between 3-5 minutes each, designed to support and preserve
joint, bone and connective tissue health.
