Kick it Strength is a similar but focused version of the
traditional Kick It. Kick It Strength incorporates light weights
(anywhere from 1-5lbs) with lower impact cardio rounds to help tone
your muscles and build your cardiovascular endurance. While weights
are used during this format, they are not required! As always, we
end with a meditative cool down to reflect and recenter our minds
before taking on the rest of the day!
