This is a 60 minute medium intensity class. It is made with beginners in mind, but is not chair adapted. We will bring the heat in this class. Class begins with 10-15 minutes of breath work followed by 30-40 minutes of mindful movement, and ends with a short rest and gratitude practice. This class will focus on cultivating fundamentals through isometric exercises, balance poses, and inversions sequences. Let’s have some FUN!
