With an emphasis on hip opening sequences, this is the class to try if you want help to improve hip mobility and flexibility. Many of us are sitting all day and as a result, are seeking that deep release of any tension in the hips and legs. This slow flow yoga sequence is open to all levels - and it will help relax the body, find some stillness, and recharge our minds. </p>

<p>If you do <strong>not</strong> have any of the required props listed, you can rent them from the studio for $1/prop/class.We also have these props available for purchase at The Aura Store.</p>
<p><strong>We DO NOT rent blankets, so if these are required, please be sure to bring your own.</strong></p>
