The Full Moon Workshop is a 2-hour workshop that is dedicated to you and your full moon experience. This workshop will combine many different elements to help you connect with the full moon and release the energy that it brings. We will start with a brief introduction into the full moon and how it relates to us. Next, we will move into a guided meditation, which will center you and help you find your intention for the full moon. After you will Journal about your meditation experience + new commitments with an opportunity to share. Energy release voice activation + howling at the moon will come after followed by practicing pranayama (breath work). We will then move to a guided visualization, which will help you to release any emotions, physical pains, or anything else that you want to let go of. Closing with sound healing to complete your full moon experience.
