This is a deeply relaxing
practice. Students can expect the poses to offer a gently deep
stretch (yin), or a stable effortless position where the body is
invited to fully surrender to the relaxation (restorative).and
these poses are often held for around 3-8 minutes. The result is a
powerful practice with very little effort.
This practice is suitable for all
levels of skill and experience, with many options and variations to
suit different bodies.
