Class Description
A high-intensity full body workout featuring rhythm riding both in and out of the saddle. Expect advanced choreography to work the upper body and core. Classes with “Weights” in the description will feature 4-5 upper body weighted sections using 3-5 lbs dumbbells. While advanced work will occur, all levels welcome as modifications are offered.
