This class introduces students to challenge their bodies with a variety of extreme stretching techniques. Students will gain greater mobility in their hips, back, legs and shoulders while at the same time gaining strength through active flexibility and stability in various positions. This class is ideal for kids who have comfort in all splits and back bends.
Prerequisites: Right and left splits both within an inch off of the ground. The ability to push up into a backbend with shouldrs stacked over their hands.
