This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite
athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility,
and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and
challenging workout. **Please note, this class is pretty
intense on cardio - modified options are demonstrated during class
and participants are encouraged to take breaks, get water as
needed. This class is for everyone but there are NO
expectations of full out participation.** You will still get
an amazing workout with the modifications!
