Connect to the rhythm of your breath assisted by the vibrations of the gong. Poses will focus on shoulder opening, heart opening, hips and twists giving you the opportunity to use your breath as a tool to relax and open throughout your body.
The gong sound meditation is an ideal tool for stress reduction, stimulation of the glandular system, and serves as a facilitator to break up emotional, physiological and spiritual blockages. The vibration produced by the gong performs a deep ultrasonic massage of the skin, muscles, bones, internal organs... the entire body vibrates deeply on a cellular level.
