Description:
Welcome to Lyra All Levels! You will gain strength and flexibility as we teach you the building blocks of your practice. These basics include terminology, hoop entries, hand grips, conditioning, and form. As you feel more comfortable, do the moves on spin to mix them up! This class is great for a first class or for continuing to learn, hone, and advance skills. No prior experience needed - this class is for everyone!
Age Limits:
All of our Adult Classes are 17+ in accordance with other industry standards for adult admittance. On a case-by-case basis, we may admit younger students with parent permission.
