There is never enough time in one workshop, so we expanded this one out for four weeks to give us time to learn more advanced techniques and problem-solve individual issues.
Your feet and legs take a lot of impact every day, and working with the Yamuna balls is a great way to recover from that daily stress. Long-term complaints as well as new pains and habits will be addressed in this workshop. Bring your feet, knees and hips in and get them on their way to straight and even!
You will learn routines aimed at the feet, knees and hips using foot wakers, Black Balls and Pearl balls. All equipment will be provided and on sale the day of the event. Handouts will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat.
