Correctional Body-Work class targets muscle imbalances and poor movement patterns that cause us aches and pains in our bodies. We develop these imbalances with repetitive movements that compensate our body alignment and posture. The class focuses on foam rolling, trigger point therapy, nerve flossing, and correctional movement / strengthening exercises to correct posture, alignment, and joint mobility to reduce pain.
Recommended for desk workers, athletes, aerialists, dancers, or anyone who has poor posture or struggles with pain.
