Virtual Class
This intermediate level class provides access to internal
awareness and aliveness through the practice of pranayama
(breathing exercises), asana (postures), and meditation. Each class
begins with centering and pranayama to create inward space for long
holds and graceful flow. Prior to savasana, 10-15 minutes of seated
meditation invite ongoing ease and peaceful balance between mind
and body. Yogis will discover the harmonious relationship between
yoga and meditation
