A softer version of an intense vinyasa practice, this class
begins with tuning into the breath and a gentle warming up of the
muscles and joints. We grow stronger into the breath/movement
connection, transitioning to moderate sun salutations, with a
balance of standing and seated postures. A core strengthening
segment and meditative savasana are also included, rounding out
this perfect offering that will help the practitioner blossom into
a beautiful dance between effort and ease. Recommended for all
levels.
