Inferno Hot Pilates is high intensity interval training (HIIT) using pilates techniques in a hot room. The class focuses on form and control to create long, lean muscle mass. It then combines the Tabata principle of high intensity intervals followed by periods of rest to create an after burn effect that increases your metabolism long after the class has finished. You will get a full body workout beginning with core work and eventually incorporating a cardiovascular, lower body and upper body focus.
A mask covering the nose and mouth must be worn at all times in the facilities. Please review our In-Studio procedures listed at 105F.com.
Come join us for this small-group, limited capacity class in the hot room! We'll practice along to the Livestream class occurring simultaneously while you enjoy the toasty heat and humidity.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before your class.
Bring your own mat, towel, water bottle, and no-drip garment bag for your wet items.
Rental mats and towels are NOT available at this time.
Facemask/shield/covering is required to enter facilities.
Please maintain 6 feet distances in the lobby and yoga room.
Breathe in and out of your nose during your entire in-studio class.
Use of the showers and lockers is not permitted at this time. You may use the changing rooms and restroom before and after class.

If you cancel your class booking MORE THAN 4 hours before your scheduled session, the class will be returned to your account for future use within 30 days.
If you cancel your class booking LESS THAN 4 hours before your scheduled session, we will not be able to return the class to your account.
