Class will be either H.I.T.T Bodyweight or H.I.I.T with weights
Bodyweight (No equipment neededwill use your own bodyweight to get the most out of your workout.)
Weighted (Class will incorporate some form of weights like a kettlebell or dumbbell with each exercise.)
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short) the fastest way to burn fat and get the lean. In this 30 min HIIT workout you will build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout.
