A traditional hatha yoga practice
uses a mix of yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath work),
mudras, mantras and more. This class uses mid-long holds of
postures that strengthen the muscles and increases flexibility. The
flow style will weave sequences together with breath, movement and
mindfulness. Carly will bring her own flair to each class, varying
the focus each week and you will always leave feeling vibrant and
connected.
