Take your evening to join us for a delicious candlelight yoga flow.
During this candlelit hour-long class led by Jessica Kobus, you will
be gently guided through a flow of yin yoga, slow and steady asana
(postures) and restorative touches to encourage our bodies to unwind
and relax. We will focus on breathwork and meditation to slow down and
be present so we can conclude our days with connection and honor
towards ourselves. Wringing out our physical bodies from the junk of
the day while the nurturing ambiance supports you, will promote the
embodiment of relaxation in our minds and spirits as well! A beautiful way to end any evening!
