HOT SCULPT
This class combines stretching and strength training with free
weights, resistance bands, and interval training.
Expect a full-body workout and core conditioning to build strong, lean muscles. In about 10 sessions you should be longer, leaner, and more toned, with improved balance, strength, stamina, and flexibility, as well as enhanced overall awareness.
This class is NOT
a HOT YOGA class. This class will be held in the hot room
with the temperature set to a toasty 90-95 degrees. Come to class
well hydrated!
