It's no holds barred in this high-energy bootcamp class.
Designed to work your muscles from head-to-toe, picture the perfect
combination of strength and cardio. Modifications are given
throughout. Know that you can readily make this class low-impact as
well as pregnancy-safe. In forty-five minutes time, this unique
bata format will push and challenge you to the end. Bootcamp + bata
timing = changing your muscles and your mindset.
We recommend a mat, hand towel, and water for all of our classes. You can bring your own, or we do offer these items for purchase. Due to Covid-19 safety procedures, we are not sharing workout materials and ask that you use your own fitness toys (2 - 3lb. weights, 8 ft long resistance band, smaller circle resistance band, and small ball). We have these items available in a handy Fit Kit at the studio as well.
