MIXED LEVEL POSTNATAL PILATES

Mamahood challenges our bodies in a myriad of ways. Preggo Pilates postnatal helps re-integrate and reconnect you to your core and pelvic floor, relieves your achy, tired and tight body with a whole body Pilates workout. This is a Pilates reformer class focused on safe, deep core work, exploring a variety of Pilates sequences, upper & lower body workouts, toning and stretching for spinal extension, hips, booty and thighs.
All levels welcome. Some previous Pilates experience recommended but not necessary. EHS Pilates requires socks in the studio. Gripper socks are best but regular are fine. NOTE: If you are less than 6 weeks postnatal or 8 weeks post-Cesarean please contact Stephanie at preggopilates@gmail.com.
