Class utilizing the Mat, Tower apparatus & Springs. Learn equipment fundamentals including how to set up and change apparatus settings. This class utilizes body weight resistance against the tension of springs to provide a weight bearing total body workout. Must be familiar and able to change equipment settings prior to joining this class. Instructor approval required prior to joining the class.
