The hottest class, Vinyasa (HOT) links breath with movement. This Vinyasa class contains a variety of poses in a flowing movement that cultivates balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Catered towards a somewhat experienced yogi, this class will challenge your breath and build physical endurance. Recommended for students who have attended at least 3-5 yoga classes. However, all our teachers are very supportive and will help guide you through a wonderful experience on the mat. Room heated between 90-100 degrees.
