We understand that there many people who finish work late or live far away preventing them from physically coming to our studios.
Recognising this we have decided to introduce an online only classes, which offers all the benefits of a guided practice but suited to people who can’t meet other class timings during the day.
It will be flow class, it helps in relieving any stress and tension accumulated in the body. Ending the session with savasana and/or short gurided meditation.
