Session 3: Handstands, shoulders, forward folds
Saturday, 3pm-5pm at Downtown Yoga Fargo Studio
Developing a handstand is about 3 things:
Mobility - it’s crucial to work on the pieces of you that create a handstand to not only to be as efficient as possible but stay injury-free. From wrists to shoulders, to forward bends.
Technique - Practice is only as good as what you practice. Refine your efforts to make progress.
Consistency - when you have a good plan, you stick with it.
With +20 plus years of experience, and rebuilding a handstand practice after injuries she knows how to get you where you want to go, safely.
You can purchase a single workshop ticket, a full day pass(Saturday or Sunday), or the full Urban Retreat ticket and have access to workshops all weekend long(Friday-Sunday).
Full Day Tickets(Saturday OR Sunday) include lunch, a take-home craft, complimentary tea/ coffee/ water, samples from Steep Me A Cup of Tea/Namaste Chai, and 2 workshops.
Full Retreat Tickets include 2 lunches, 2 take-home crafts, complimentary tea/ coffee/ water, samples from Steep Me A Cup of Tea and Namaste Chai, and 5 workshops.
